Cohort projects get dissected at the studio’s daily working sessions. Each week produces a concrete artifact: a decision, a link, a metric. If it’s not working, you don’t renew — we part with zero obligations.

Weeks 2–3

The business circuit

A landing page that converts. Payment rails on an entity for your market. AI agents on the routine. All live, with links.

Weeks 4+

First sales

Customer development and the “find → convince → get paid” loop with early clients. The goal isn’t one sale — it’s PMF confirmed: people pay and come back.

After PMF

With PMF confirmed, the model switches to “the greater of subscription or revenue share” — and we stay close, scaling sales and product together.

What people ask most

That’s the monthly cost of a studio team behind you: engineering, infrastructure, sales. We take no revenue share while we build — only after takeoff, and then the greater of the two: subscription or revenue share.

You don’t renew — that’s it. No penalties, no obligations; the artifacts (landing, code, circuits) stay yours. We continue only if both sides want to.

The format is fully online. You pick the market — US, Europe, or local: the studio has working circuits for each. What matters is that the project is yours and you’re ready to do the work.

Yes. With a live product we focus on scaling: customer development on new segments, building out sales, infrastructure for growth. We still write down the seven decisions — with live sales it takes one evening.

The core format is a solo founder. A team is possible if it has one majority owner: decisions need to be made fast.

The product is 100% yours — code, brand, customers. The studio holds revenue share only after takeoff, and the percentage gets renegotiated: control over terms stays with you. Everything is put in writing before we start.
